Licensing and Pricing

Get Video - Buy Now

Since Sam’s online videos are useful both for individual and large group viewing, pricing is set according to the total number of individuals who will view the video.

A license or "right to view" must be purchased for each individual viewer/ licensee and the purchaser must agree to the contract which follows.

Licensing Agreement

This agreement entered into by Sam Rhine and Purchaser is a legally binding contract.

Sam Rhine agrees to provide to each licensee (paid viewer) for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, the right to view the video.

Purchaser agrees to make the video available only to those individuals for whom a license has been purchased.(Example: If Purchaser buys 30 licenses for use in his Bio 1 classroom, he may use the video multiple times in that classroom. But he may NOT use the video in his Bio 2 classroom without purchasing additional licenses.)

The video is the exclusive property of Sam Rhine and may not be copied, sold,  shared or reproduced in any way, in whole or in part.

Cost

The cost varies with the program.

Genetic Update Conferences

The base price is $50.00 and this purchases 1 to 5 licenses (see Licensing Agreement above).  For six or more viewers, the cost is $10 per license/person.  Once purchased, the video is available for 30 days.  During this 30 day period, the video may be accessed anytime and as many times as needed.

Cloning and Stem Cells

The base price is $25.00 and this purchases 1 to 5 licenses (see Licensing Agreement above).  For six or more viewers, the cost is $5 per license/person.  Once purchased, the video is available for 30 days.  During this 30 day period, the video may be accessed anytime and as many times as needed.

Most Important Nine Months of Your Life

Since this is a “new” program for most of our Genetic Update clients-- and since it targets a broader audience-- for a limited time, the cost is $10 per teacher.  Should the teacher choose to use the video in the classroom or auditorium, the cost is $100.  (i.e. the Licensing Agreement above does not apply.)  Again, the video will be available for use for 30 days.
