Order Questions
To order, pay for and view the video for 30 days, this is the procedure:
- Read and agree to the License Agreement.
- Place your order
- Pay using a credit card. If you prefer to use the purchase order process, you may email your PO to samrhine@aol.com or fax it to (888) 228-5921. You will then receive an email with the access web address, code and instructions.
Once your order is processed, you will have immediate access to the video and downloads (Student Notes and References). You will also receive an email which will provide instructions on how to access the video for the next 30 days.
