Hosting a Conference

Advantages to hosting a conference:

  1. You do not have to transport your students off site.
  2. You do not have to worry about locating a place for lunch after the program 

Requirements for a host school:

  1. Provide access to an auditorium (seating capacity 350+) for one day (8:00 to 1:30).
  2. Provide a microphone and sound system, screen for powerpoint presentation, an AV cart or stand for projector,and a table and chair for registration.
  3. Provide parking for buses and cars of visitors.

What we do:

  1. Obtain mailing lists, do mailings, and handle pre-registration before the program.
  2. Provide computer and projector for program presentation.
  3. Responsible for all of our travel arrangements and expenses.
  4. Handle registration on the morning of the conference.
